A finger cot is worn over your fingers when handling sensitive electronics or any item that is static-sensitive. The purpose of the finger cot is to block any static electricity from being passed from your body to the products you are working on.

We stock both latex and nitrile cleanroom finger cots in sizes small through double extra large. If you work in a latex-free environment we recommend the latex-free nitrile finger cots. These come in both standard rolled and unrolled versions as well as an extra thick nitrile finger cot. Please see below for our available clean room finger cots. Samples are available upon request. static dissipative fingercot for cleanroomsThese are our most popular powder-free static dissipative finger cots. They are made of 100% natural rubber inside of a Class 100 clean room. They have a thickness of 4 mil and a length of 2.75 inches. This products has a consistent conductive level guaranteed and is safe for use in Class 100+ cleanroom applications. Our static dissipative finger cots are safe for use with  Class 1 Category A (<100V) static sensitive electronic devices and meets  ASTM 3772 requirements for quality consistency. Their chlorine level is monitored  and controlled for consistent quality of powder free cots to prevent excess chlorides. The average  surface resistivity is 10(6)  ~ 10(8) ohms / square and meets Reference ASTM D 257. The average tensile strength is 500kg / cm2. This cots static decay  test results are 5000 to 0 Volts in .01 second and meets  MIL-STD-81705B. These finger cots are often used along side the QRP brand 8C finger cot.

pink anti-static finger cotsOur pink powder-free anti-static cleanroom finger cots are very popular with electronics manufacturers. They are made from 100% natural rubber latex inside a Class 100 clean room. They have a 4 Mil thickness and an overall length of 2.5″ inches. These anti static finger cots have a consistent conductive level guaranteed and are safe for use on Class 100+ cleanroom applications. They are also safe for use with Class 2 Category A (<100V) static sensitive electronic devices. This finger cot meets ASTM 3772 requirements for quality consistency and has an average surface resistivity of 106  ~ 108 ohms / square - Reference ASTM D 257. The results from our static decay test results are 5000 to 0 Volts in 2 seconds. The tensile strength is 24 Mpa and they have an elongation at break 600%. These antistatic finger cots are extremely low in particulates and extractables and have been ultra washed prior to packaging.

standard honey latex finger cot powder freeThese powder free standard latex cleanroom finger cots are made from ultra soft 100% natural latex and are honey colored. They are 4 Mil thick and have an overall 2.6″ length. These finger cots are made with super soft feeling latex and are ultra washed before packaging. They are safe for use in Class 1000+ cleanrooms environments. They have a slip resistant surface for good grip and are our most popular general use finger cot. Latex has basic anti-static inherent properties. If you are working with sensitive electronics we recommend that you use either our anti-static treated or esd static dissipative finger cots for the extra protection against static that they provide. They are made from 100% natural latex, powder free and have a length of 1.6″ inches. Due the the thickness of this product they come in unrolled style only. As with all our finger cots there is their standard consistent conductive level guaranteed. This finger cot is safe for use in Class 100+ cleanrooms and is safe for use with Class 1 Category A (<100V) static sensitive electronic devices. These thick ESD finger cots meet ASTM 3772 requirements for quality consistency and their chlorine level is monitored and controlled for consistent quality of powder free cots to prevent excess chlorides. Their average surface resistivity is 10(6)  ~ 10(8) ohms / square per Reference ASTM D 257 and their average tensile strength is 500kg / cm2. orange latex finger cots for industrial applicationsThese thick orange latex industrial finger cots are low powdered and have 16 mil thickness and 2″ inch length. These finger cots are extremely durable, reusable and are a cost effective finger cot for industrial applications that require extra finger protection. There is a rough surface which provides a slip resistant grip. This product is available only in unrolled style. These finger cots are not suited for cleanroom environments that are cleaner than a ISO7 Class 10,000 due to the fact they are lightly powdered. These thick orange finger cots provide superior protection to your fingertpis due to the 16 mil thickness. We offer free samples on these products upon request. If you are requiring the protection of a 16 mil finger cot in a controlled environment we recommend you try our thick black esd finger cots listed on this page. They do not contain any powder and match the look of the standard esd black finger cots.
